Severe heat likely for the next four five days

Now the temperature is reaching from two to degrees in some cities of Pakistan, China, India, Bangladesh and many more, which will continue to increase for more days, so I want to say something about it.

If the human body temperature reaches degrees, the chances of death to occur increase by percent. (Not seasonal temperature but human body temperature) That is why the elderly people are affected by extreme heat. So it is better to be very careful.
Caution:
Avoid eating meat, egg, pickles, coke, pisi, fast pepper spices, spinach, fenugreek etc.
Avoid wearing black, blue, red, maroon, purple and dark colored clothes.
Don't travel unnecessarily from morning to evening o'clock in extreme heat
Use salt at least
Wear black colored and completely closed shoes at least
The things to do
Use watermelon, banana, apricot and melon in pumpkin, tande, arvi, ghya tori, patha, molly, cucumber, milk, desi ghee, syrup bazuri, blango and syrup almond fruits.
Use white, pink, green and light colored clothes. Keep a wet towel with you when leaving the house. If possible, cover your head and neck with a cloth and if possible, use glasses.
Fennel and cardamom coffee is the best break of summer
Tamarind and mashed potatoes reduce the intensity of thirst.
Drink water as much as possible. Instead of cold water, use pitcher water. The intensity of thirst remains in control.
Take a bath daily, wear airy shoes that are not black color
Plant trees for yourself and your future generations that will not only reduce the current heat but also the break of winter smog.
